Terms of Service

Last updated: July 24, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pahrumpelectrician.com (the "Site") and the referral service it offers, operated by Pahrump Electrician Pros ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What we are — and what we are not

Pahrump Electrician Pros is a free, independent referral service — we connect Pahrump-area homeowners with a licensed local electrical contractor who calls you back and does the work. We're the connector, not the crew.

To be explicit: we are not an electrical contractor. We do not hold a contractor's license, do not employ or supervise electricians, do not perform, offer to perform, or contract for electrical work, and do not provide bids or quotes for such work. The Site is a publisher of consumer information and an independent referral service that connects homeowners with independent, third-party electrical contractors. Any work you hire a contractor to perform is under a contract solely between you and that contractor.

3. Contractor independence and licensing

Contractors we refer are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers, and we do not control or supervise their work, pricing, scheduling, or conduct. We work with electrical contractors who report holding a valid Nevada State Contractors Board (NSCB) license — always verify current licensing directly with NSCB before hiring. Nevada law requires electrical contracting to be performed by contractors licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board; verifying a contractor's current license, classification, and monetary limit at nvcontractorsboard.com before hiring is your responsibility, and we strongly encourage it. We may receive compensation from contractors in connection with referrals.

4. No professional advice

Content on the Site — including cost guides, troubleshooting guides, and permit information — is general consumer information, not professional electrical, engineering, legal, or safety advice. Cost figures are estimates drawn from national datasets, are dated where shown, and will differ from actual local quotes. Electrical conditions vary by home; for any real-world decision, rely on a licensed contractor's on-site assessment and on the current requirements of Nye County Building & Safety and applicable codes. Never attempt electrical work beyond what is safe and legal for an unlicensed homeowner to do.

5. Your submissions and communications

When you submit a request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Your communication consent choices are described on the form itself and in our Privacy Policy; consent to marketing communications is optional and not a condition of using the service. We may decline or discontinue any referral request at our discretion (for example, spam or abuse).

6. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND THE REFERRAL SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY CONTRACTOR WILL CONTACT YOU, ACCEPT YOUR JOB, OR PERFORM TO ANY STANDARD, AND WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, SAFETY, LEGALITY, LICENSING, OR INSURANCE STATUS OF ANY CONTRACTOR OR THEIR WORK. YOUR DEALINGS WITH ANY CONTRACTOR ARE SOLELY BETWEEN YOU AND THAT CONTRACTOR.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAHRUMP ELECTRICIAN PROS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM WORK PERFORMED BY, OR YOUR DEALINGS WITH, ANY INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

8. Third-party sites and marks

The Site links to third-party resources (for example, Valley Electric Association, Nye County, and the Nevada State Contractors Board) for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content, and references to third-party names and marks are for identification only and imply no affiliation or endorsement.

9. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Site content is owned by us or our licensors and may not be scraped, republished, or used to build a competing dataset without permission. You agree not to misuse the Site — including submitting false requests, probing or disrupting the Site, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts serving Nye County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions? Reach us through the contact page or by phone at (775) 555-0100.
