1. Agreement to these terms

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAHRUMP ELECTRICIAN PROS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM WORK PERFORMED BY, OR YOUR DEALINGS WITH, ANY INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
