Pahrump Electrician Pros is a free, independent referral service — we connect Pahrump-area homeowners with a licensed local electrical contractor who calls you back and does the work. We're the connector, not the crew. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit our quote request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the type of electrical work you need, and any details you choose to include in the message field.
Consent records. If you check the communications consent box on our form, we record the exact consent language you agreed to, a timestamp, and the page you submitted from. We keep these records to honor and document your consent choices.
Phone calls. Our phone number is a tracking number, and we always collect call metadata (the calling number, call time, and duration) for lead-tracking purposes. Because Nevada law requires the consent of every party to a call before it is recorded, we do not record or transcribe a call unless an audible announcement at the start of the call discloses that it may be recorded — if you stay on the line after that announcement, we treat that as your consent to recording. If you do not wish to be recorded, hang up and use our contact form instead, or tell us at the start of the call and we will not record that call. (Last reviewed July 2026 — Nevada's all-party consent rule for phone recording can change; recheck before relying on this.)
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics (Google Analytics 4) and standard server logs, which collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, in part through cookies and similar technologies.

- To detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse (for example, via the hidden anti-spam field on our form).
4. Who we share information with
Matched contractors. When you request a quote, we share your request — including your name, contact information, and job details — with the independent contractor(s) we match to your request so they can contact you. Contractors are independent businesses, not our employees or agents, and their use of your information after handoff is governed by their own practices. If your request is later matched to a provider that was not named in the consent you gave at submission, that provider is expected to obtain your fresh consent before sending you automated marketing communications.
Service providers. We use third-party platforms to operate the site and manage inquiries — including web hosting, analytics (Google), and a customer-relationship and communications platform that processes form submissions, calls, and messages on our behalf.
Legal. We may disclose information where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or unrelated third parties for money. Sharing your request with the contractor(s) you asked to be connected with is the service you requested.
5. Communications and your consent choices
The consent checkbox on our form is optional — it is not a condition of submitting a request or of any purchase. If you consent, Pahrump Electrician Pros and the electrical contractor(s) matched to your request may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request, including using automated technology. You can withdraw consent at any time: reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell us through the contact page. Message and data rates may apply to texts.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device type). You can limit cookies through your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics. The site works fine with cookies disabled.
7. Data retention and security
We keep lead and consent records for as long as needed for the purposes above — including documenting consent — and then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small referral business; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain processing. Nevada residents: you may submit a verified request directing us not to sell your covered information (as described above, we do not sell it).
